How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Your order will be fulfilled within 2 hours of placing.
What are the pickup times?
Monday-Friday
7:30am-8:30 am
4:30pm-5:30pm
Saturday
8:00am-10:00am
Something was missing in my order or I received the wrong item?
Customer service is the upmost importance, we will correct the order at our expense as soon as possible.
Can I return an education course?
Education courses are nonrefundable but are transferable to another course date up to a year. I understand travel and health issues occur, please contact at least 48 hours prior to the class start time to reschedule course date.
Is a certification a license?
A certification and a license are not the same thing. Please check with your state to find the requirements. Most states require a cosmetologist or esthetician license to be legally allowed to apply lashes or offer services.
What's the difference between a lash artist, lash tech or lash pro?
The difference is the level of training and certification. A lot of courses can teach how to apply a lash but extensive training and professional experience will set your work apart.
